Flip Secrets has been a game changer… Flip Secrets has been a game changer for me. Having done a few flips in the past, I have a basic understanding of how the process of flipping properties works but this program has taken me to a different level. We feel that the coaching calls were… We feel that the coaching calls were great, the discord is awesome and the overall course is amazing. That being said nothing against coaches or the program, we feel that the calls would have a much bigger impact if they started after the students got to the homework with the OPM section.

Life changing information So far my experience has been extraordinary, the information provided by Jake and his team is life changing. Having direct communication to mentors and coaching from people who actually have done it is truly game changing, whenever we have a question or stuck on something we can get an answer that day by either attending the coaching calls or messaging our accountably coach. Don't get me wrong YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK, simply joining this community isn't going to make you a millionaire. You need to follow the playbook and be consistent everyday in you hustle and ask questions.
