GBFreedom From Dieting I’ve been working with Kim and Escape Diets for 5 months now. People ask me if it has been worth the money. My reply is yes! With a few shifts in my eating I no longer had cravings, no longer was grazing and snacking aimlessly and not constantly perseverating on food. Focusing on nourishing your body, it was freeing not wondering what I could eat, what was “good” or “bad” food. My body knew. I actually craved yummy smoothies and salads.
