After 3 weeks of no contact about my… After 3 weeks of no contact about my order, I tried contacting matrix for an update, I tried calling several times, I left voice mails on every person's inbox, I tried emailing with no response, I finally found matrix on Facebook and messaged there and got a response. Product is great but communication could be miles better.

Sold me blems but whatev Ordered 2 G19 slides. Website showed they were in stock but it took 10 days before they shipped. I tried contacting Matrix Arms via their website contact form and also by phone but received no response. When I received the slides the DLC finish showed blemishes on both. Not gonna bother reaching out to them. I'm using a kagwerks slide release which will mar the slide anyway so whatever, gun still looks good.
