After 3 weeks of no contact about my… After 3 weeks of no contact about my order, I tried contacting matrix for an update, I tried calling several times, I left voice mails on every person's inbox, I tried emailing with no response, I finally found matrix on Facebook and messaged there and got a response. Product is great but communication could be miles better.

Good experience… They had a product that is hard to find. Pricing was good Delivered in good time and good condition. Product shipped was the wrong part. Contacted the company and they made it right and are sending out the correct part. Was impressed with the attitude and service. Will happily use them again. Good company.
