We had several phone conversations and follow up text messages were he answered every question. That kind of customer service will keep me coming back to Matrix Arms. Awesome products and fast delivery -

Sold me blems but whatev Ordered 2 G19 slides. Website showed they were in stock but it took 10 days before they shipped. I tried contacting Matrix Arms via their website contact form and also by phone but received no response. When I received the slides the DLC finish showed blemishes on both. Not gonna bother reaching out to them. I'm using a kagwerks slide release which will mar the slide anyway so whatever, gun still looks good.

MX-19 Products are great. Have the full MX-19 and additonal slide and threaded barrel. It has been flawless! Customer service is exceptional. There has never been a time when the staff wasn’t available for questions or support.
