CATerrible service and customer care I subscribed for the $79 one year with the 100 day cancellation guarantee. The app never really worked well. Ten days after my card was charged by another $395. I wrote emails to cancel, but no response from the company. Wondering if it was all a scam. I will be disputing with my credit card company.

GBProduct needs to be more flexible. This is an interesting product. I like the written interaction but, although my responses are correct they are marked as wrong because I don't input the accents. But they are not on my keyboard, so, I can't use this option that I like.

GBConfidence builder Jumpspeak has been great for helping me be more confident speaking in Spanish. You can challenge yourself by using the immerse mode to practice listening, or build confidence with the speak mode by reading. I rarely have issues with the app not understanding what I am saying. Great way to practice a few minutes every day!

GBNot for a beginner I saw Jumpspeak advertised on Instagram and purchased it along with two other Spanish programs. Jumpspeak is by far the most difficult to use. I'm just starting and the example conversations speak so quickly that not only can't I follow along, I also understand nothing. So while I can't speak back, my comprehension is pretty much zero. My learning is also close to zero. This might be good for someone who has the basics down but I wouldn't recommend it for beginners like me.
