GBFast and Flexible This is awesome. The tutor met me where I am and we've collaborated to create a program that focuses on my goals and is sufficiently flexible to accommodate my strengths and shortcomings. Really, really effective and it's been one lesson. My Brazilian wife says my Portuguese is suddenly better and that's, like, the point of this exercise for me. How do you like me now, Brazil?!? :-D

GBJumpspeak’s AI is fantastic! Jumpspeak is fantastic because I can practice my pronunciation without another person involved. It’s much easier on your ego to have AI correct you. If you want a change from the preprogrammed conversations, you can create your own about a topic you choose. You’re also able to select the country and gender of your conversation partner. I highly recommend it.

GBNot for a beginner I saw Jumpspeak advertised on Instagram and purchased it along with two other Spanish programs. Jumpspeak is by far the most difficult to use. I'm just starting and the example conversations speak so quickly that not only can't I follow along, I also understand nothing. So while I can't speak back, my comprehension is pretty much zero. My learning is also close to zero. This might be good for someone who has the basics down but I wouldn't recommend it for beginners like me.

CAI'm giving this 5 stars because it is… I'm giving this 5 stars because it is an app that has kept my attention for 125 days straight. I've been using it for nearly a year and it is a consistent part of my Spanish Learning routine. The conversations are fairly simple to start with, and get progressively more advanced. I started as a complete newbie, and while I'm not fluent enough to have a flowing conversation with a native Spanish Speaker, it's done a lot to my confidence to at least try.

GBExpects me to read Polish, all I want is to speak it Wanted to learn Polish but all the app does is print out Polish words where the letters are pronounced differently from the English I know. For example W is pronounced V and L is pronounced W. How the hell do I learn to speak a language if all they do is type and speak when I do not understand their pronunciation and I cannot use their alphabet
