Extraordinary customer service I was pleasantly surprised to receive extraordinary customer service. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation email with tracking information. After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

I was very nervous, but received the order in a decent time and had customer service reply immediately to my email I had sent in regards to my concerns with reviews. My order was already in transit and the company eased my fears. I would place a small order at first and see how it goes. Prices are great!

I purchased a product that was priced… I purchased a product that was priced lower than the competition. I received the product in a timely manner. I was happy with the results. I would like to see the order status, estimated delivery date, order summary, ability to cancel order, etc immediately after purchasing. I had to wait until I received an email that the product had been shipped to get verification my order was being processed. I'm used to these information pieces from using ebay and Amazon. Beware of online shopping This company ought to be shut down immediately! They don't respond to any emails or have a working phone number. Pay pal listed a merchant phone number. (631) 514- 5364. I called it. A man answered and hung up immediately! Beware of online scammers & wash rag thieves!!!!

I've had an ordinarie experience with… I've had an ordinarie experience with vitaminsforus.com. I found the website pretty much aokay, and found what I was lookign for with no major difficulties. I didn't have to wait long for it to load and navigation was alright. Although I didn't feel that None of my questions were answered. The product descriptions are okayish. Unfortunately I can't comment on any further features of vitaminsforus.com as I didn't use them. Overalll, I would say that vitaminsforus.com is quite good.
