GBCounterfeit supplements BEWARE I purchased Metagenics Estrovera supplements. Shipping was fast, however I immediately noticed that the bottle looked slightly different than Estrovera that I had purchased in the past from my doctor's office. When I unscrewed the lid, the tamper proof seal was partially pulled off. Also, the pills look yellow and have a funny smell. Definitely not taking these supplements. I emailed customer service requesting to return the product for a full refund. We will see if they respond. Fortunately, my credit card company is pretty good about filing complaints and I know they will be returning my money if vitaminsforus does not respond. Obviously selling counterfeit supplements. BEWARE!!!! BTW the brands they sell do not allow retailers to sell at a discount...should have known better.

GBAfter using Vitaminsforus.com After using Vitaminsforus.com, I can say it was a run-of-the-mill experince. Everyting went ok from acount set up to order completion. The website is no-frills, which makes it easy to navigate and search for what you need. I simply placed my order and paid for it. The process proceeded without any snags. But I regret not being able to compare prices before settling on items. All in all, averge stuff and nothing out of the ordinary.

GBOrdered supplement needed for medical … Ordered supplement needed for medical reasons 2 weeks ago. Have heard nothing. There is no phone number. I have written 2 emails asking for tracking numbers or info on where my stuff is. Have gotten no response whatsoever. Wrote a third email through PayPal and still no answer. I have now turned this case over to paypal and hope to get my $70 back. I really needed this supplement as suggested by my Dr. I'm very upset. No good company. Do not use!

GBNO RESPONSE = TROUBLE To my knowledge I have never purchased from this company, yet there was a charge from them on my VISA card for $151.72. I emailed them with an inquiry and requested a invoice of what I supposedly purchased, with no response. I checked their website for a telephone number to which there is none. I have contacted my VISA card company requesting a fraud investigation be opened and I am awaiting a response. IF THEY WON'T POST A TELEPHONE NUMBER AND THEY WON'T ANSWER THEIR EMAIL, YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

GBI ordered from the site and have to… I ordered from the site and have to admit didn't pay attention to reviews until afterwards. I was very nervous, but received the order in a decent time and had customer service reply immediately to my email I had sent in regards to my concerns with reviews. My order was already in transit and the company eased my fears. I would place a small order at first and see how it goes. Prices are great!
