Waiting for trasloco for almost two… Waiting for trasloco for almost two months now. Even though I did the application for moving the line one month before moving to a new apartment. Now it's about 50 days and nobody is taking me seriously. And I'm paying for nothing. Horrible experience!!!! I work from home so I need the WiFi! I used to be a happy client of Fastweb but this is really terrible. I think I'm going to change to Vodafone or something. Very disappointed.

No customer service No customer service, inconsistent service, internet just vanishes at anytime and there is no way to fix it. Tried to contact customer support and they kept going on a loop of automated calls and then put down the call

Simply the worst experience I ever had with a a retail company Wrong internet service provided ever, not only their service is poor (bad connection, no support) but they actively try to rob you at any corner. They charged me 50 euro for a secondo modem because THEY shipped the first one to the wrong address, they charge you 29 euros for cancelling the contract even if stated in the contract itself that there are no cancelling fees.

House change and relocation of internet Recently changed the house and I sent a request to change the internet. 2 months later and I will have no internet at home. I phone the custom service and they will recall me back saying someone else will call me back. The technicians fail to come to already confirmed appointment. I work from home and I am risking my job. They could have estimated the time it takes and I would have never waited this long. Change the provider immediately if you are planning on changing the house.
