IT3months without internet and they never… 3months without internet and they never put a line to our house. and we cannot go to other company because we have an open contract with them. so pretty much i've spending more money my phone data everytime it finish. fastweb made us pay for the promotion and made as pay for the sim we didn't even use and refused to help or give us refund. this company is a thief don't beware don't be fooled by them

ITWaiting for trasloco for almost two… Waiting for trasloco for almost two months now. Even though I did the application for moving the line one month before moving to a new apartment. Now it's about 50 days and nobody is taking me seriously. And I'm paying for nothing. Horrible experience!!!! I work from home so I need the WiFi! I used to be a happy client of Fastweb but this is really terrible. I think I'm going to change to Vodafone or something. Very disappointed.

ITNo customer service No customer service, inconsistent service, internet just vanishes at anytime and there is no way to fix it. Tried to contact customer support and they kept going on a loop of automated calls and then put down the call

ITHouse change and relocation of internet Recently changed the house and I sent a request to change the internet. 2 months later and I will have no internet at home. I phone the custom service and they will recall me back saying someone else will call me back. The technicians fail to come to already confirmed appointment. I work from home and I am risking my job. They could have estimated the time it takes and I would have never waited this long. Change the provider immediately if you are planning on changing the house.
