The worst The templates and the customer support were full of mistakes. References were not in line with the journal guideline and the answer about it from customer support was "It is you that is wrong." Do not use it.

Nevertheless was charged after one week for a supscription, that I cannot cancell as it is listed as "free" on my login page. "Talked" to their customer service robot x many - standard answers etc. Complete fraud! Never sign up for anything here!
