I like Grove products and fast… I like Grove products and fast shipping. What I don't like is the order that showed up at my door this morning I did NOT order, but was sent items I'd ordered previously. I'm on a fixed income, what if that had caused an overdraft at my bank. I know it kept me from getting other items I needed because the payment was declined. Directions should be clear, I shouldn't be roped into getting items I'm not ordering..sorry.

There are some things that I don’t have use for; for instance the baby products, but I’m sure other people likely have use for those. I love the commitment to the environment, sustainability, and quality goods. There is something for everyone and I have not yet been disappointed at all!

Very good at keeping you posted when it is shipping, plenty of notice of letting you know when it is nearly time for order to ship in case you need to make changes to your order.

Great products I started using Grove several months ago. I'm a VIP member so I get free shipping. I purchased some 7th Generation & Mrs. Meyers products as well as Grove's own. I love the soap dispensers they cut back on plastic waste. My dogs & even finicky cats love the pet treats. I really like the bubble up for small loads of dishes I don't have a dishwasher so I wash by hand. I've referred friends & got $10 off each purchase they made. Grove Collaborative is an excellent company, they're cruelty free meaning never tested on animals.

To be honest To be honest. I signed up because where I work offered a "try Grove and you will receive free items" I thought why not, no commitments and get free stuff...Well I have ordered every month since then and became a VIP because I like their products that much! Everything I have ordered has been exceptional! I especially like the cold water laundry soap and the walnut scrubbies. Highly recommend Grove. Quick service and fast shipping. Only problem is everyone must like the products I do, they run out fast but resupply quickly too. Thanks for making me a believer and a greener shopper.
