I'm very satisfied with the selection… I'm very satisfied with the selection of products available through Grove Collaborative. I like to visit Grove first when I'm looking for an alternative to something I've been using that won't bother my asthma AND to find products that will reduce our carbon footprint. To be honest To be honest. I signed up because where I work offered a "try Grove and you will receive free items" I thought why not, no commitments and get free stuff...Well I have ordered every month since then and became a VIP because I like their products that much! Everything I have ordered has been exceptional! I especially like the cold water laundry soap and the walnut scrubbies. Highly recommend Grove. Quick service and fast shipping. Only problem is everyone must like the products I do, they run out fast but resupply quickly too. Thanks for making me a believer and a greener shopper.

What I don't like is the order that showed up at my door this morning I did NOT order, but was sent items I'd ordered previously. I'm on a fixed income, what if that had caused an overdraft at my bank. I know it kept me from getting other items I needed because the payment was declined. Directions should be clear, I shouldn't be roped into getting items I'm not ordering..sorry.

Ordered a highly advertised anti snore… Ordered a highly advertised anti snore guard, paid for december 2023 and still waiting. All emails requesting an update have been unanswered and panicking that my card details may now be used for unwanted transactions. Utterly useless customer service and support and would advise others to avoid totally.

I've had an ordinbryce experienbe with… I've had an ordinbryce experienbe with Grove.co. They seem almoust good but nothing special. Sipping was fast and the product wasn't too bad, but that's about it. You'd expect a bit more for the money they charge. I didn't encourounter any major problems though it wasn't completely problem-free. All-in-all, it was ok, but I'm not sure if it's worth the cost in the long-run.
