GBLots of room for improvement I love the business idea behind Grove.co and I really wish to see any company that focuses on sustainable products be successful. However, Grove just gets some of the basics wrong. You can’t just order products like you can elsewhere. You’re enrolled in some form of subscription, which is annoying. To make matters worse, their prices are often higher than at other retailers. And last but not least, their customer service is below par. All in all, lots to improve.

GBTo be honest To be honest. I signed up because where I work offered a "try Grove and you will receive free items" I thought why not, no commitments and get free stuff...Well I have ordered every month since then and became a VIP because I like their products that much! Everything I have ordered has been exceptional! I especially like the cold water laundry soap and the walnut scrubbies. Highly recommend Grove. Quick service and fast shipping. Only problem is everyone must like the products I do, they run out fast but resupply quickly too. Thanks for making me a believer and a greener shopper.

GBI've had an ordinbryce experienbe with… I've had an ordinbryce experienbe with Grove.co. They seem almoust good but nothing special. Sipping was fast and the product wasn't too bad, but that's about it. You'd expect a bit more for the money they charge. I didn't encourounter any major problems though it wasn't completely problem-free. All-in-all, it was ok, but I'm not sure if it's worth the cost in the long-run.

GBHealthy home. Healthy life. Healthy planet. Grove Collaborative has many products that I buy over and over for my home, my skin, and even my pets! There are some things that I don’t have use for; for instance the baby products, but I’m sure other people likely have use for those. I love the commitment to the environment, sustainability, and quality goods. There is something for everyone and I have not yet been disappointed at all!

GBI've loved my experience with Grove so… I've loved my experience with Grove so far but, I enjoy the ease and convenience of subscription boxes. If you aren't someone who stays on top of your orders I could see how even with the option to skip, it might get frustrating. We've been subscribed for a little over a year now and with a family of four and two dogs, I've gotten about 5 boxes so far. Usually right after I receive an order I set the next delivery date for a few months ahead so I can place my next order when I'm ready.
