Course Hero is a fraud I've been receiving violations like incomplete answers even on questions that students appreciated greatly. Now, they've closed my account for no apparent reason. I even had a 100% helpful rating. I still have pending earnings in my account. Most likely that's what are they after. Course Hero is the biggest money-grubbing scheme in the history of online tutoring. Authorities should step in. For students, know that we tutors are not compensated well. Also, their support is the most disrespectful entity with less to zero professionalism.

I was told just recently after subscribing because it said 11 bucks just about per month, ok durable for someone on a fixed income. It did not say my debit card would be charged over 100 dollars. I have not found anything related to my subject, They said because I viewed assignments. No, I was clicking through to see what assignments related to my course, and none of the ones I have clicked related. I was told I couldn't get a refund. Who can I talk to about that?

I verified my id but they haven't restored my account. I contacted the tutor support countless times but they aren't replying

Very disappointed and angry! I subscribed to Course Hero two weeks ago. I asked only one question, on university first year math. Both answers by two different tutors were very wrong. Frankly, I got very disappointed and angry, and feel my time and money wasted. I believe they should get more qualified tutors to help theirr customers. I downloaded some of their materials and have used perhaps 15 unlocks, which, according to their Money Back Guarantee policy, disqualifies me from getting a refund. But I still believe I should be able to be granted a refund for the deep disappointment I've encountered. However, they refused and I've wasted too much time corresponding with them. I won't recommend Course Hero to anybody!
