Using their site is more frustrating than helpful; finding anything useful is a wild goose chase. Customer service is practically nonexistent. The content, which is supposed to be their selling point, is outdated, sometimes wrong, and easily found elsewhere for free. It's not worth the hassle or the money. You're better off using other resources that are actually helpful and transparent about costs. Total letdown.

Problem resolved I had written how they charged me a full year even though I just wanted a monthly subscription. My issue was resolved with them with no issues. They refunded me back my money.

I was a tutor there for some years I was a tutor there for some years, and suddenly they closed my tutor account, and they gave not explanation; they just said "For community security reasons, your Course Hero tutor account has been disabled." ok but could you be more specific? which rule did I break? What did I do wrong? i malied them, and they didn't give any answer, so please don't waste your time there. I have $200 in my tutor account, and i was not able to withdraw it since my tutor account was closed with not explanations.
