NLIt felt scammy at first then... paid. got no confirmation email or anything. it still says i am using a free account. contacted customer service and received no reply yet. all signs of a perfect scam. it is my fault for deciding to purchase before reading all you guys' reviews. ____________________________________________ Update: they contacted me and set me up with a new account that works.

PHI'm a new user I'm a new user, been trying to reach them for a refund since I made a wrong subscriptions, that supposed to be 1month only. Still haven't received a response from them. Can anyone help me please? I hope this is not a scam.

GBNot responding and still charged me I reached out to Ginger more than once on August 1st to cancel my account before the charge date of August 7th and they still charged me. I also emailed for a refund and no answer! I’m trying to get in touch with them before I have to dispute the charges.
