Low Quality Paper This is actually my second time using this website, the first time is okay, the second time makes me never want to use this website anymore because it sucks. So I placed an order about my biology assignment, almost 100% of the answers given by the writer is wrong, I feel like the writer is no expert and didn't even know what he was writing. So I requested a free revision but his answers are still wrong. So I asked the customer service for refund, but after checking their editors HAD THE AUDACITY to say that the answers provided are correct, I immediately sent them the correct answers to prove that they are wrong. After I explained it to them for a few times repeatedly, the chat agent finally said he will tell his supervisor and his supervisor will get in touch with me soon. So I waited for about one week for the supervisor to contact me but of course noone ever contact me. So I asked the customer service again and he told me to be patient and said his supervisor will contact me (pushing the responsibilities here) and I never get any replies. The third or fourth time i contact the CS, he said he will file a refund and want to me sent proof again so i sent him. Okay, after few days, i asked him when will i get my refund, he said within 10 days. Okay so today is the 10th day and i texted them again. But today the CS told me they can only refund a third of the payment (6USD) to me because only one third of the answers are wrong (but its absolutely wrong) and i have to wait for 10 more days. Im legit fkin frustrated with their service and i told them i dont care about the money (they can keep it lol). Their writers suck and the editors wont admit that theyre wrong, the customer service sucks and wont try to solve the problem. they said they will deliver quality paper but they deliver garbage. If I used the writers anwers, i wouldve get a ZERO. If you want assignment help, I suggest that you do it yourself (your work is probably better than the writers lol) or you can just use another website like chegg. [Facepalm] Ive used many assignment website and this frustrated me the most. NO QUALITY PAPER. BAD SERVICE.

DO NOT USE!!! They charged me £50 for help with a single question that they got completely wrong. Upon asking for refund (and providing the correct solution to show that it was genuinely incorrect) they told me they needed 48hrs to review it. After 48hrs I asked again and was told to wait another 24hrs, this went on for almost 2 weeks and now have got to the point where I have had to get PayPal involved to get my money back. Would not recommend 0/10
