I told them the assignment was due already and they said reach out to my professor for a extended deadline. they also said they cant guarantee a refund. ITS BS. There was no communication that it would be late. Spent $150 for literally nothing.

Accepted my payment without performing service They accepted a payment from me then tried to charge me over $400! The paper was never written and still no refund. Every time I contact them they say it should be refunded in the next 24 hours...that was 3 months ago!!
