After 3 revisions, i got something workable, but still feel as if I could've written this myself for free. I think this service is good for people who do not have strong writing skills and where written articulation is not a strong suit. With all of that being said, I understand their money back guarantee. I will spell it out for you, as it is not super apparent at first pass on their website. Money back guarantee ONLY IF you mail via certified (or fax) a hard copy of your resume to 40 executives within your field. This seems very antiquated which makes me think they did that on purpose so they wouldn't have to pay out. My opinion has been validated by hiring professionals that I have gotten feedback from on this practice. This is 2024. Agreed that you should use any avenue possible, but this particular benchmark for money back seems to be rather absurd. Smart business move though on their part. In short, it's a decent service if you don't know what you're doing or are just starting out. Do i think it was worth the money I paid for this service? Not for me personally.
