They helped me place my order over the phone, explained what they could do to help with my resume, and even pointed me in the right direction for getting a new job. After getting my new resume, I asked my writer for a change and he was able to make the adjustment for me promptly. I got started applying for jobs and the difference was incredible. It took me about three weeks of applying but I got 6 interviews and 3 job offers. I ended up accepting a job where I actually made more than when I got laid off.

Lack of professionalism - very disappointed! I was very disappointed with the service offered by Resume Writing Group. The resume Ryan provided was poorly designed, with cramped text and excessive blocks of capital and bold letters that gave the impression of shouting at the reader. Furthermore, their e-resume service merely provides a link to the document and does not retain updated versions of the file. Not only did they fail to deliver a quality resume, but their cover and thank you letters were almost a replica of each other riddled with lengthy lists of core competencies already listed on my resume. It lacked overall professionalism. They simply took huge sections of the cover letter and pasted it into the thank you letter. It was evident that they lacked expertise in crafting effective job application letters. Additionally, I find their pricing exorbitant for the subpar service provided. Despite providing feedback and suggestions, they seemed unwilling to listen or make necessary revisions. On one occasion I had to send three messages asking for one simple change to be done. This change was only done on my third email, four days later. This I found to be a little unprofessional and a rather slow process. Overall, I would not recommend Resume Writing Group to anyone seeking professional resume writing assistance.

New Resume and LinkedIn profile. The quick turn around to get my new resume and LinkedIn page was fantastic. Within 24 hours I received my new resume from Amy B. That was spot on. She also did a great job on my LinkedIn profile as well. It wasn't the cheapest place to have this done at almost $240 but with the professionalism and timeliness it was worth it.

Great service and worth every penny Ryan and his team are super responsive, the customer service is excellent. My resume turned out fantastic and I have gotten so many compliments on it. This was worth every penny,
