GBRecommend I have tried many different diets and workout regimes but was never too successful with them. I would lose up to 10 lbs, then give up and gain it all back. With My Keto Challenge, I finally realized how unhealthy I ate on a regular basis (my diet had way too many carbs...) My starting weight was 160 lbs I am currently at 148 lbs In just 5 weeks. I will continue to work toward my goals! I am full of motivation and was finally able to stick to all the workouts as well! Sincerely recommend My Keto Challenge to everyone struggling out there.

ROMy first week doing KETO diet My first week doing KETO diet. So far I am satisfied with daily plans, I would say it's pretty easy to follow suggested schedule and keep myself on track. One thing, I would change is the time I receive plans. I prefer to receive plans early in the morning.

GBGood plan, love the recipes and the shopping lists. Good plan. Easy to follow recipes. I have to get used to dividing up my meats into servings then freezing. Am freezing my fruits this week now also. Do not wish to waste food. It is hard to get exact amounts when shopping as I shop online and groceries are delivered. Foods o needed to get out of the house; if unopened, sent to local church food pantry. Other things my mom and sister took as they could use them. So no waste. I finally eat me up today my 8th day, with the keto flu. I am feeling better now, but sticking to the plan. I lost 9 pounds first week. I realize a lot of that is water.
