ROMy first week doing KETO diet My first week doing KETO diet. So far I am satisfied with daily plans, I would say it's pretty easy to follow suggested schedule and keep myself on track. One thing, I would change is the time I receive plans. I prefer to receive plans early in the morning.

GBEverything is good I've been doing keto for 1 month and lost 11lbs so far. I will continue following my meal plan regardless of reaching my goal weight. I love making all those recipes when everything tastes so good!

GBVery misleading website 5/13/22 UPDATE: This was a website glitch that charged me over $300 and I refuse to pay to ship it back. That is not a solution. Please respond to my emails. Very misleading website. Never have experienced this with a retailer. I was charged over $300 and emailed them immediately to cancel everything (no phone number available on website) it has been days and no solution. They even proceeded to ship the merchandise even though I requested cancellation as soon i saw the order was processed for over $300! seconds after. Very upsetting.

GBRecommend I have tried many different diets and workout regimes but was never too successful with them. I would lose up to 10 lbs, then give up and gain it all back. With My Keto Challenge, I finally realized how unhealthy I ate on a regular basis (my diet had way too many carbs...) My starting weight was 160 lbs I am currently at 148 lbs In just 5 weeks. I will continue to work toward my goals! I am full of motivation and was finally able to stick to all the workouts as well! Sincerely recommend My Keto Challenge to everyone struggling out there.
