In the United States, six in 10 adults have at least one chronic lifestyle disease. Four out of 10 have two or more chronic lifestyle diseases. 53% of Americans are unhappy at their jobs. More than three in five people are lonely with more and more people reporting feeling like they are left out, poorly understood, and lacking companionship. Over 65 million Americans suffer from depression and anxiety. Approximately half of all adults’ experience difficulties in intimate relationships. Whew. This is definitely a crisis. Those statistics are probably telling you what you already know, which is that people are more burned out, sicker, and lonelier than they're ever before. And maybe you even feel that in your life, or maybe you see it in the lives of your loved ones. Becoming a health and life coach was about turning these statistics around and making a positive impact in the world. We all have habits. Now some habits are health promoting, and some are health destroying. Some habits are bringing us closer to the life that we want, and some habits are taking us further away. When I went through a major stress during my divoce from an abusive toxic individual, I had to quickly learn how to cope with life and pay great deal of attention to my health and lifestyle. As a coach I can make a massive impact in helping you to change your habits, so habits become more health promoting and bring you closer to the life you truly want for yourself.

I recommend Lana I recommend Lana if you want to reduce stress and create positive change in your life. She was so nice and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. In our sessions, she made me realize how much stress had an impact on my life as a whole. Not only was I feeling overwhelmed, but it was also impacting my relationship with my children and with others as well. She gave me the tools and insight I needed to create change in every aspect of my life, and it's working! I am looking forward to continuing my sessions and giving myself the opportunity to be the best version of ME, while also being ready to encounter anything in life with a more calm and peaceful approach.

My experience with Lana I had a great experience with Lana, she helped me sort out my stress, and made a personalized plan for me to help with anxiety. Along with that, she was very understanding and caring, it felt like I was taking to a friend, but at the same time she was very professional and gave great advise regarding my issue. Overall, I loved my experience with her, and would do it again.
