I am the parent of a child with an IEP… I am the parent of a child with an IEP who struggles greatly in Math. My daughter tutors weekly with Athena and she is fantastic. Getting my child to focus and stay on task is not easy somehow Athena manages to do that effortlessly. I have noticed huge improvements with my daughters school work and test results i contribute that to Athena's tutoring skills. My experience with A Traveling Teacher has been very positive. Peter and Athena have been amazing i highly recommend them.

Homeschool on Zoom As a homeschool mom, my very first experience with 'zoom' learning has been with A Traveling Teacher -- we love our teacher, he has connected with my daughters and quickly assessed where she was in the subject we chose. He has been prompt, professional and personable all while keeping my daughter engaged and interested. We love this format b/c we don't have to leave our home and she is getting the personal attention we desire. She is moving ahead quickly and without any time wasted (the way classroom time can have what I call dead air) -- on the contrary, my daughter is getting all of the 30 mins just for her and it is showing in her progression.
