Great knowledge transfer by a caring instructor I appreciated that the course was well organized. The instructor was knowledgeable and approachable. He stayed on schedule and was respectful of our time. He freely shared his experience with both the material and its real-world applications. There is still a lot that the student must review and absorb after the class before attempting to take the certification exam.

High Volume, High Velocity Truly a crash course - you should definitely read the PMBOK Guide before taking this course. The instructor, Stephen Mercer, was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Upskills could do a better job preparing prospective students, however, for the amount of information presented and suggest prep activities beforehand.

Stephen Mercer was an exceptional… Stephen Mercer was an exceptional instructor for the PMP Certification Training class. He had numerous real-life examples for nearly all topics that were discussed. One thing I would have liked to see is more class involvement during the regular session and not just at the end when he asked the quiz questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this class to my peers.

Great PMP Course Stephen Mercer is overall a great instructor. I was thoroughly impressed by his organization and preparation for the class and the speed in which he presented information was excellent. He made it very clear to the class which information would be presented on the exam and took time to review and answer questions as they came up. The only thing I wish there was more of was going over questions and more "real life" examples. There is a ton of content to absorb and being able to directly apply it to real life scenarios would be helpful for understanding some concepts.
