High Volume, High Velocity Truly a crash course - you should definitely read the PMBOK Guide before taking this course. The instructor, Stephen Mercer, was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Upskills could do a better job preparing prospective students, however, for the amount of information presented and suggest prep activities beforehand.

the instructor is a great teacher and… the instructor is a great teacher and shows intensive knowledge. The course is too much for 4 days and leaves a lot of burden on the student to spend a significant effort and time to prepare for the exam. too much to capture the essence of the message. cost wise, not sure is fair based on how much effort you need to put forward to get prepared for the exam. But again, the instructor is very good / excellent

Get ready to have you mind blown. As others stated, this course is very much a crash course for the PMP. A lot of information is thrown at you very quickly. If you have not had significant experience in a PM role, most of this information will be way over your head. After this course you will still have a significant amount of studying before you are ready to take the certification exam.

Great PMP Course Stephen Mercer is overall a great instructor. I was thoroughly impressed by his organization and preparation for the class and the speed in which he presented information was excellent. He made it very clear to the class which information would be presented on the exam and took time to review and answer questions as they came up. The only thing I wish there was more of was going over questions and more "real life" examples. There is a ton of content to absorb and being able to directly apply it to real life scenarios would be helpful for understanding some concepts.

PMP Training Stephen did a good job keeping everyone engaged with short quizzes throughout the training, as well as daily review of take home tests. He is very knowledgeable on the subject matter, and was always willing to pause and explain/clarify any particular topics.
