CAOverall Overall, the class was great. I learned a great deal from Avi and took some new methods in attacking the GMAT. I definitely took a different approach now when I'm doing exercises, which I never thought before. I do wish however that we had more time in tackling topics and strategies during class instead of solely looking at questions.

GBI would highly recommend Manhattan Prep… I would highly recommend Manhattan Prep for GMAT tutoring. Josh was extremely knowledgable and knew the exam back to front. In the 4 months I was working with him, my score improved 140 points. I only took the test once and my ultimate score was higher than my outside goal at the beginning of the course. Josh did a great job of assigning work and relevant practice problems. We were able to hone in on specific skills that I needed to work on. Breaking up the test made it a lot more manageable and I really appreciated the structure. I've recommended Manhattan Prep to many friends and coworkers looking to study for the GMAT and truly think it is the best decision to get through this phase!

GBElaine is the best!! Elaine was tremendously helpful. She helped boost my score 130 points. She's extremely patient, understanding and does a great job identifying weaknesses. I couldn't have improved my score this much if it wasn't for her!!

GB10+ stars for John Cho I did GRE private tutoring with John Cho and highly recommend him. John was an incredibly thoughtful and creative instructor and made every minute of our tutorials count. His sessions were well structured. We covered all content and strategy areas but he also offered helpful feedback on the ones I should prioritize based on his assessment of my strengths and weaknesses. I hit a wall in my studies about halfway through and struggled to maintain confidence that I could reach my test goals and more specifically, improve my quant score. John was really supportive in a genuine way. He helped me reframe my thinking around my studies and adopt a new approach that worked better. I got V164/Q168 (this hugely exceeded my Q164 goal).

GBHIGHLY Recommend in-person GMAT course I started studying for the gmat on my own years ago and struggled to make much improvement due to the boring nature of the exam. I took an in-person 9 week course which genuinely made the content enjoyable. I looked forward to my three hour class every week and slowly saw my score improve. After the course ended, my instructor met with me twice one-on-one (for free!!!) to help me specifically prepare for the actual exam. After taking the exam for the second time, my score had improved 130 points since the beginning of the course (580 —-> 710). Shoutout to my instructor Reed who went above and beyond. I highly recommend Reed and any Manhattan prep in-person course!!!
