ClassUp Awesome!!! All I want to say is that the education service that ClassUp provides is very professional. From the educational consultant, to the teacher, the learning partner and all the fancy functions in the ClassUp App, I love them all!

Don't get lured by misleading ads Don't get lured by those false advertisements. The teaching quality nor the customer care is satisfactory. Your money is gone and there won't be any refunds. We enrolled in a 12-week elementary school writing program. However, the teacher canceled four weeks of classes in a row. Upon contacting customer service, they proposed assigning a new teacher due to the unavailability of the previous one. When we inquired about a refund for the missed classes, we were informed that transactions are deemed final, and no refunds are provided. Consequently, there seems to be no recourse for the missed sessions. For 50$ per hour, you better pay a little more and find a tutor in your neighborhood. Overall, I would never go back to this

Classup is a mess Classup is a mess. They are just after your money. We didn't have a good experience with classup. I wish all they tell you during enrollment was true.

Skeptics At first I wasn’t seeing any improvement in my sons understanding of math he was at a third grade level being in fifth grade. His instructor had a lot of patience with him, took the time to explain things in various ways for him to understand. now he is in 6th grade getting in A in math. Seems like he is learning more now than what they teach in regular school. He doesn’t struggle as much with math any more. Overall it was a good investment really helped my son.

Fun & Interesting My son enjoys every class with Sophia. She make it fun and interesting. She encourages my son to participate and now his school writing improves even how he tell and construct stories.
