GBThis site has had technical issues for… This site has had technical issues for over 6 months. they keep saying new updates .. they don't notify the customer whats going on w/o us constantly calling in. my order has been inconsistent due to their issues not ours. and i have not received the auto ship. i supposedly spoke to a supervisor and when i asked for accommodations over and above the last episode she said they weren't the right fit for us. after repeatedly suggesting to me that she cancel the order and i go elsewhere .. i repeatedly said i'm not cancelling the order and will decide if i go elsewhere if there is another issue. . and she cancelled the order which i never requested. and hung up.

GBHorrible customer service—buy from your … Horrible customer service—buy from your veterinarian and promote small business. Ordered Percortan-V to the tune of $180 and it expires in 6months! With the dosage my pet is on, that vial lasts a full year. Customer service refused to allow a return of an unopened box, an exchange, a partial refund or even a coupon. Just too bad so sad—that was an expensive lesson. Buy elsewhere people, you will be glad you did

GBIncomparable Customer Service! I've used VetRxDirect for years and have always gotten excellent service. Today one of their employees, Tyler, took it next-level! I had unintentionally mixed up the prescriptions for our 3 dogs - he was super helpful and patient on the phone as we talked through it all. A few minutes after our call, I got an email that he had already spoken with our vet and had all of the authorizations needed. Service that's both efficient *and* personal is a hard thing to find these days! I cannot recommend them highly enough. :-)

GBKudos to Farrell! I would like to send kudos to Customer Service rep Farrell. I spoke with her over a product that was not a fit for our furry kids. She helped facilitate and quickly rectify a miscommunication that occurred as well. She was professional and proactive and friendly- every thing a customer needs to hear and experience when going through a problem with a purchase. I hope if you have to call for anything you reach Farrell - she will see you through a resolution. Thank you Farrell for your help. We truly appreciate you!
