GBI made an order a week ago for my cat I made an order a week ago for my cat, and when I check online for my order status it tells me "Waiting for veterinary approval". When I call customer service I get a message saying that I called during peak hours, and then it hangs up. With Chewy.com it usually took prescription medication a maximum of 3-4 days to get to me. VetRxDirect is a horrible place.

GBFantastic Customer Service I placed an order right after the first of the year (when all hell was breaking lose in D.C. in addition to the normal COVID disruptions nationwide). There was a mix-up in the quantity of items I received which was remedied immediately upon my leaving a voicemail explaining the problem. Amazing service, especially under the circumstances we're all trying to work under. Happy New Year and thanks to VetRxDirect staff member Megan!

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. You cannot get a hold of anyone, ever. An overnight delivery takes 1-2 days after your prescription is processed. AND I am an LVT in a 24 hr. Vet Center. My diabetic cat is just waiting for his insulin. I should've listened to my co-workers and used the company they recommended, not VetRx.

GBThis site has had technical issues for… This site has had technical issues for over 6 months. they keep saying new updates .. they don't notify the customer whats going on w/o us constantly calling in. my order has been inconsistent due to their issues not ours. and i have not received the auto ship. i supposedly spoke to a supervisor and when i asked for accommodations over and above the last episode she said they weren't the right fit for us. after repeatedly suggesting to me that she cancel the order and i go elsewhere .. i repeatedly said i'm not cancelling the order and will decide if i go elsewhere if there is another issue. . and she cancelled the order which i never requested. and hung up.

GBIncomparable Customer Service! I've used VetRxDirect for years and have always gotten excellent service. Today one of their employees, Tyler, took it next-level! I had unintentionally mixed up the prescriptions for our 3 dogs - he was super helpful and patient on the phone as we talked through it all. A few minutes after our call, I got an email that he had already spoken with our vet and had all of the authorizations needed. Service that's both efficient *and* personal is a hard thing to find these days! I cannot recommend them highly enough. :-)
