GBJust in time!! I miscalculated the auto delivery of my dogs Pain Plus. When checking I found it wasn't due for another 2 weeks. I contacted Vet Rx Direct and explained my dilemma and the employee said she would send the order right out. I received it two days later and Sammy was without his meds one day only. THANK YOU!!!! VET RX DIRECT!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Patricia

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. You cannot get a hold of anyone, ever. An overnight delivery takes 1-2 days after your prescription is processed. AND I am an LVT in a 24 hr. Vet Center. My diabetic cat is just waiting for his insulin. I should've listened to my co-workers and used the company they recommended, not VetRx.

GBI made an order a week ago for my cat I made an order a week ago for my cat, and when I check online for my order status it tells me "Waiting for veterinary approval". When I call customer service I get a message saying that I called during peak hours, and then it hangs up. With Chewy.com it usually took prescription medication a maximum of 3-4 days to get to me. VetRxDirect is a horrible place.

GBIncomparable Customer Service! I've used VetRxDirect for years and have always gotten excellent service. Today one of their employees, Tyler, took it next-level! I had unintentionally mixed up the prescriptions for our 3 dogs - he was super helpful and patient on the phone as we talked through it all. A few minutes after our call, I got an email that he had already spoken with our vet and had all of the authorizations needed. Service that's both efficient *and* personal is a hard thing to find these days! I cannot recommend them highly enough. :-)

GBKudos to Farrell! I would like to send kudos to Customer Service rep Farrell. I spoke with her over a product that was not a fit for our furry kids. She helped facilitate and quickly rectify a miscommunication that occurred as well. She was professional and proactive and friendly- every thing a customer needs to hear and experience when going through a problem with a purchase. I hope if you have to call for anything you reach Farrell - she will see you through a resolution. Thank you Farrell for your help. We truly appreciate you!
