We are a 2 generation family…first my mom…now me, aged 87. It was/is comforting to rely on HDIS. Mom and I were home bound many years. Although there is a super Walmart 3miles from here, home delivery makes sense. I have lots of storage space so I order for 6 months. Never, in all that time, have I experienced anything than friendly, rapid, professional service. The products are top quality. Those of you who have had problems, please give them a second chance. PS At ST. Francis Hospital, Hartford CT, I was given stretchable, disposable mesh pants. They are incredibly functional. Wish I could order them from you.
