I appreciate that you had what I needed and responded as quickly as you did, The bed pads are of great quality and are saving me from extra work as I try to care for my disabled daughter. However, between shipments from everywhere as I try to get the supplies I need, it becomes quite tedious to critique each company after each shipment. If I return and order again, that should tell you something. If I haven't sent anything back or haven't called customer service to complain, that should tell you even more. Once should be enough of a pat on the back.

I have ordianry expericece with HDIS I have ordianry expericece with HDIS. I've used this company before and they almst provide good service. They had an appropiate selection of products, but some of the prices seemed a bit higer then they should be. Recently got a reply to a message quite quickly after sending it. However, it does take them extremly long to ship the orders. I'm glas it wasn't urgent, or else I wouldn't even reicve it in time. Could be alot better with customer service, as half of the time the person I talked to sounded quite annyoed. All in all, HDIS is almsot a good company.

Super customer service. I used HDIS for my mother's supplies in her final years. The delivery service was a great help to me, and they had the various supplies that I needed. Any time that I needed help with my order, or had questions about the products, the representatives were unfailing polite. I now have a job that has me often interfacing with customers on the phone.
