GBNot a caring or competent school Simply put I started at National university in early 2000. I was injured while working. While recovering my advisor never removed me from current schedule as well did little to nothing and messed up much. Now that I am finally able to go back National has tried to not give me my credits. I have been teaching for over 12 years. National never took responsibility nor really fixed anything.

GBChoose a different school Very difficult to get a hold of anyone . If you are using a VA benefit , it takes FOREVER for them to process payments . Their masters of science in instructional technology program is a waste of time . It is all self teaching with WAY too much information. Every class is extremely repetitive . Department for graduation is a nightmare, there is no way to get a hold of them or have them return a call .

GBTerrible finish I feel like when I started the program and I had so much help from advisors, but towards the end zero accountability from advisors. Nor do they care about graduation ceremonies. It gave the feeling of “yes start school here, but we no longer care about when you’re finishing or finished your program.”

GBThe courses were very flexible and the… The courses were very flexible and the curriculum was very relevant. My only critique would be that the quality of professors vary. Some are clearly passionate about teaching and their discipline. Others are focused on managing the class rather than teaching the class.

GBCurrent student I have been attending NU for the past six months. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed my professors but find it hard that they do not follow the same class structure. If the curriculum/expectations followed a designated outline, each class would be easier to follow. Highly recommend the monthly semesters, but be prepared to work hard as this program style is accelerated.
