GBPressure, Overpriced and misguidance No matter how many times I informed admissions I was no longer interested almost daily did they call to harass about enrollment. They continuously pushed me toward a degree that did not align with my career path but did add on classes so they could get more money out of me. Overall very disappointing university. I switched to SNHU and never looked back now I get to graduate fast without debt and a concentration in my actual field of study.

DEMy application/interview experience My application/interview experience at National University: The second round interview panel acted like they didn't want to be there, as if they were just going through the motions. They were very non-responsive/nonreactive to my answers to their interview questions until I explicitly asked for feedback toward the end of the interview. I specifically asked how I stack up against other candidates, and a senior executive said point blank that I would be a good diversity hire (I'm a black woman). Long application/interview process (1 month between each step: application > first interview > second interview), with very poor communication/ghosting from both the HR rep and the hiring manager between steps. At the end of the day, I was able to learn more about the role and it prepped me to interview for similar roles at other companies. So that's a silver lining :)

GBChoose a different school Very difficult to get a hold of anyone . If you are using a VA benefit , it takes FOREVER for them to process payments . Their masters of science in instructional technology program is a waste of time . It is all self teaching with WAY too much information. Every class is extremely repetitive . Department for graduation is a nightmare, there is no way to get a hold of them or have them return a call .

GBCome with basic knowledge of networking and linux I attended this program because it was at an accelerated pace and I wanted to complete as soon as possible. On the downside, there is so much wealth of knowledge out there that it is impossible to cover every basis. I did learn a lot related to wireless, cloud, audits, pentesting, etc. I wish there was a course on digital forensics as well. As with any educational institution, only after graduating, I became aware of what I don't know and what I need to learn on my own moving forward.
