Best price on a Ninja sword! I think this company is awesome, they were very polite, and the most important thing is that I got the Antique Silver Ninja sword for roughly $10.00 less than the other site I was about to buy it from. I cancelled my order with the other guys to buy it here. I shopped around a lot and this company had it at the best price.

Good customer service I ordered a knife from HT, but they sent the wrong one, because of a nearly identical product #. Honest mistake. Sent an email to customer service and they responded within the 24hr time frame. They sent me a return label and was very pleasant about the mistake. Two weeks later my knife arrived. Overall, it was not a bad experience.

Good company They're a little slow for some orders, but they warn you about that ahead of time (It took a week to process my order before it was shipped). Other than that, though, they're a great company! I would definitely recommend them.

Huge selection So many brands and models to choose from that it takes a bit of time. Their prices are competitive, especially considering their modest shipping charges.

Poor Company-Poor Customer Service Miller • 5 minutes ago I DO NOT recommend Hand-Tools.com. I placed an order almost two weeks ago. I did not get an email confirmation or receipt until today, and I have not received my order. I had to send them two emails, one phone call and register a complaint with PayPal. Finally, I received an email receipt with a tracking number, but it has not been sent. If you call customer service, it immediately goes to voicemail.
