Milwaukee hammer drill delivered on time and works great! The Milwaukee drill is for my son who is remodeling his house! Shipping Issues I ordered a chuck and a chuck bolt for my drill paid for expedited shipping then only after I had submitted my order was I informed that my 'one or more of my items was on backorder.' I am an electrician so this kinda put a damper on production for a while. 6-10 business days before it even ships.

Great Customer Service I had an issue when they added $2 to my orders shipping because i added a small screw that coulda been just tossed in with the other stuff. They immediately saw that I complained on my review and corrected it. They like to keep customers happy apparently. That's what every company should do. Small and insignificant but meant the world to me. I will definitely shop here again!!!
