Great company with OEM parts My generator is very old and hard to find parts for. After the fuel cap broke, I ordered a replacement from another company that said it was an exact match. After receiving the part, it was a chinese knock off that didn't even come close to fitting. I found one on eReplacementParts and it was an exact OEM replacement. I wish I would've found them sooner!

They likely have it. E-replacement parts generally has what you need as a fix it guy. I've found a big variety of parts anywhere from refrigerator parts to lawnmower parts, A/C etc.

The part came in on time and was… The part came in on time and was exactly as pictured. It had been easy to match the part I needed from the pictures and descritpions. The hardest part was figuring out where the part went back on the mower, as it had broken off.

I called in to get some instruction on returning the package I received and getting the correct parts. No human answered and I was directed to the website and to read How to return an order. So how would I get the correct order ?
