Western Equipment is GREAT! Western Equipment had exactly what i was looking for. It's online store was easy to navigate and it's suggestions based on my selections [in cart] were actually relevant. Checkout was quick and easy and my product was actually on my doorstep within the time specified. I will be shopping with Western Equipment again.

I contacted costumer service 3 times… I contacted costumer service 3 times regarding missing parts in my shipment and provided that parts list and quantity of what I needed. I never received that hardware I needed and eventually got tired of waiting, so just bought that parts I needed. Very Disappointed.
