Their service & delivery was great. Their communication was great in locating the JD part I needed. I know I am not alone in experiencing the problems of very limited supplies of JD parts. A Western employee went out of his way to not only locate a scarce attachment, but as soon as I ordered it he made sure it was shipped timely and I received it the date they said it would arrive. I found Western when I watched one of their instructive You Tube videos on installing JD attachments. They offer new customers a discount on some orders. Nice place to do business with.
