The USA-made GrabIt Pro is the best… The USA-made GrabIt Pro is the best extractor of the nearly dozen I tried. Unfortunately it did not extract my bolt, that had fused it's threads after decades of corrosion. Despite this best extractor not working for me in this circumstance, the sales person in Brooklyn for GrabIt could not have been more professional and kind, and this Alden 10 piece set plus GrabIt Pros, all USA-made and extremely solid products, will be the very best extractor set for my next stuck bolt!

The Grab-It Store was very prompt with… The Grab-It Store was very prompt with getting my order out in a timely manner. When I notified them about a mistake in my order, they were very prompt in shipping the correct merchandise out and sending me the required instructions and labels to return the incorrect merchandise back to them. All in all, they are a very good company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Service I had a couple of damaged screw heads after putting items of furniture together with an hex key. The screw extractor items for sale in hardware stores here in Australia did not have very good reviews. I went on YouTube and watched a video of various damaged screw and bolt removal kits being tested. The Alden GrabitPro 4 piece kit 8440P Made in the USA had a good review so I e-mailed Anthony Rallo at TheGrabitStore.com and asked a few questions. Anthony was fantastic and was keen to help and gave me first class professional service. I made the purchase and awaited the kit to arrive by post. After dispatch this took quite a while to reach me in Australia. I haven't been able to use the kit yet so this review is on the service I received from Anthony and I will do another review once I have been able to use the product.

I followed directions and was unable to… I followed directions and was unable to drill into the bolt in order to set the extractor. Bit dulled very quickly. Delivery and sit navigation was good. Sorry it didn't work. Seemed like a workable solution.
