I understand that they were over run with hundreds of orders but everyone I came into communication with was kind, friendly and helped me to the best of their ability. SATISFIED customer Mersi has been very helpful with my order process and getting the whole test kit situation figured out. When I originally placed my order I found out that it could not be fulfilled because the government had trumped their order with their vendor and ultimately took their stock. But, they were very responsive and were able to provide me with the information on how to get replacement kits. I can tell they are all working hard to make things right and I appreciate more than I can put into words.
