Sold me an item that they didn't have… Sold me an item that they didn't have in stock. Then, offered to switch to an inferior product, but at the same price as the item I originally purchased. The website should NOT allow you to put items in your cart, let alone CHARGE you for items they don't have in stock! I will say, however, that they did do a quick and honest refund. Still, need to fix your inventory/website.

I had the best experience ever not only because of their Generosity but how fast they responded they were live texting. I needed gloves for my 96-year-old father they had to have powder in them.
