Ordered 3 22" SDI monitors Ordered 3 SDI monitors for mini confidence monitors and live stream outputs. Was a little nervous with the purchase and the company, as I had never heard of them before, nor could I find any google reviews. However they had what I was looking for, so I took the chance. They arrived, the shipping box was damaged from shipping, however the monitors were fine and in great shape. I tested them all out, and everything is working the way it should. Having the SDI ability, makes it super easy, not having to have extra SDI to HDMI converters laying around the place. Using it on a gig this week, so if no more news, means its good news.

Prompt, Thorough and Fair Delivery was prompt and when, due to my own oversight, I needed to return the Beetronics purchase they made it easy and they promptly refunded my money. These folks ROCK!

The solution for unconventional needs The solution for unconventional needs. I need two monitors, one to display a 720x480 60i video out and the other is a "normal" 1920x1080, but the size limit is 17". Even an NEC Multisync couldn't handle the 720x480 and the mass market isn't interested in monitors as small as 17". Beetronics solved both problems. Also, the monitors are in a hospital operating room. The metal housings should help them survive longer than than the standard plastic. Pre-purchase support was excellent. A real live person answered my calls and I received prompt answers to my emails.

A few minor annoyances The stand I purchased had the countersink bores on the wrong side of the mounting plate & it did not come with its own mounting Screws. I had some M4 screws and some washers on-hand so no major issues, but it was inconvenient that they were not included. The monitor looks great and feels sturdy, but my one complaint so-far is that the buttons on the monitor itself feel flimsy and there isn't a clear way to change input method without the remote. That and no batteries come with the remote which is also inconvenient.

Other than arriving 2 days later than… Other than arriving 2 days later than the original delivery date, everything was fine. So far, everything works as expected.
