No one accepted responsibility to help. Even though the packing sheet listed an instructions pamphlet was included in the package. There was no instruction pamphlet included with the shipment. When I called Specialized Products to ask for the missing item, I was told that the OEM was responsible for including the instruction pamphlet in the shipment and Specialized Products couldn't help me. I was told to call the OEM for help.

Specialized was a great company to do… Specialized was a great company to do business with. I was ordering a Zamp solar panel and hardware. The ladies assisting me were extremely helpful. They made sure all the part numbers and prices were correct. Since it was being drop shipped to a different location they double checked that also. They were so great to deal with, friendly and happy. Communication after all was finished was super. Email confirmations on order and shipping were prompt. And the delivery was on time. Item was shipped and received within less than a week Item was shipped and received in good condition within a short time after the order was placed.Would have been nice if an estimated arrival date was given, but not particularly a big deal. Appreciate that there was free shipping on the item ordered.
