However confidence was raised significantly when talking to support and offer to call with any questions remains open. I’ve every reason panels will work great.

Searched the Internet for a Sargent… Searched the Internet for a Sargent 1026 CT Crimping Tool and found a great price at Specialized. They shipped it the same day I ordered and had it a couple days. Smooth transaction and great service.

Outstanding customer service! I ordered 2 portable solar panels and some cabling. Since we are going thru a pandemic and we travel full time, we weren't sure how long we'd be at the campground we are in and if we'd get it in time. I emailed Billie and she assured me as soon as the credit card charge cleared they would ship it. And they did. Very grateful they're still working and getting things shipped out.

No one accepted responsibility to help. Even though the packing sheet listed an instructions pamphlet was included in the package. There was no instruction pamphlet included with the shipment. When I called Specialized Products to ask for the missing item, I was told that the OEM was responsible for including the instruction pamphlet in the shipment and Specialized Products couldn't help me. I was told to call the OEM for help.
