Outstanding customer service! I ordered 2 portable solar panels and some cabling. Since we are going thru a pandemic and we travel full time, we weren't sure how long we'd be at the campground we are in and if we'd get it in time. I emailed Billie and she assured me as soon as the credit card charge cleared they would ship it. And they did. Very grateful they're still working and getting things shipped out.

It shipped immediately with free shipping and I received it in 2 days. I'm very happy with this company and if the need arises for more of products that they carry I will definitely order from them. I never do reviews,but when I pulled… I never do reviews,but when I pulled this out of the box I was impressed. Not some made in China piece of whatever, but just looked like quality construction. Set it up in my driveway and hooked up to my lithion ion battery on an overcast day and couldn't believe how fast it charged. Can't wait to give it a real test , but very optimistic
