They are working with me to expedite my order and have been very open with me about the delay. I have been ordering the same item for a couple years now and they always help me get the best price. Very friendly and listen to my questions and concerns.

Waimea's service I had several questions and, both Bend and Texas were very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. The unit shipped and arrived as promised. I haven't used the unit yet, but appears to extremely well built

Specialized was a great company to do… Specialized was a great company to do business with. I was ordering a Zamp solar panel and hardware. The ladies assisting me were extremely helpful. They made sure all the part numbers and prices were correct. Since it was being drop shipped to a different location they double checked that also. They were so great to deal with, friendly and happy. Communication after all was finished was super. Email confirmations on order and shipping were prompt. And the delivery was on time. Item was shipped and received within less than a week Item was shipped and received in good condition within a short time after the order was placed.Would have been nice if an estimated arrival date was given, but not particularly a big deal. Appreciate that there was free shipping on the item ordered.

It was so easy to order from their… It was so easy to order from their website. The product was well defined in the product listing. It shipped immediately with free shipping and I received it in 2 days. I'm very happy with this company and if the need arises for more of products that they carry I will definitely order from them. They were also much less expensive for the same product than Amazon.
