GBPerfect? Really? INDEED! I maybe got a little snaggle-toothed when, instead of processing my order as expected, they took an extra day and required additional ID from me. (Bank info different state from delivery address because we just moved and haven't changed that yet.) I need this equipment to open my doors for business, and didn't appreciate the delay. Imagine my surprise and delight when it arrived ON TIME! Just like me to get a little bent for nothing. :) VERY happy with the service, the customer support folks, and everything about JMC Equipment. GBGreat product knowledge and superior customer service Even though I ended up purchasing my lift from another vendor I found Juan to be courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He never grew tired of my questions either on the phone or via email. He always returned my query in a timely manner and was interested in whether or not any new information stimulated another question or completely answered my previous one. GBI recently purchased a 134a recovery… I recently purchased a 134a recovery and servicing unit for the corporate aircraft where I'm employed. The salesman Mark Berrio was very helpful to me in selecting a useful unit for my needs; his help was very beneficial to the company. Very positive experience. The negative was that the unit worked for about twenty minutes before shutting down. Quick troubleshooting revealed a broken solder on the underside of the power cable receptacle to which I was able to access to re-solder. Problem solved. Not a shortcoming of JMC but of the manufacturer.
