I purchased a lift from JMC I purchased a lift from JMC, installed it and about 1 1/2 years later had problem with a hydraulic line on the lift. Called the technical support group they helped me diagnose and locate the specific problem. They sent a replacement hose under warranty, installed it, no real problem, up and running in a few days. I was very please with the support and follow up I received. Stuff happens, when it does, it is nice to have the support and expertise I was the beneficiary of.

got an email regarding an order from… got an email regarding an order from October of 2021. we bought a compressor for just under $7000.00 it arrived in January and not even 5 months later it dies. i called jmc for warranty information and got nowhere. kept getting the run around and told they would call back which they never did. i finally 2 weeks into having no compressor and over $10,000 in work lost figured out how to contact e-max myself and they had a replacement unit out to me within 24 hours. we are in need of another compressor to run another building of ours. we will defiantly get another e-max just next time we will either buy direct or from one of e-max preferred distributors

Perfect? Really? INDEED! I maybe got a little snaggle-toothed when, instead of processing my order as expected, they took an extra day and required additional ID from me. (Bank info different state from delivery address because we just moved and haven't changed that yet.) I need this equipment to open my doors for business, and didn't appreciate the delay. Imagine my surprise and delight when it arrived ON TIME! Just like me to get a little bent for nothing. :) VERY happy with the service, the customer support folks, and everything about JMC Equipment. Will definitely order from them again, and will absolutely recommend. Thanks, folks.

Scan fraud company do not order from them!!! This is a scam ordered a transmission adapter paid un full then they Nicole castro from email adriana hernandez wanted another $23.00 to ship my 8l90 adapter as they are supposed to be the distribution center. And claimed they order from it. So need more money. Fraud scam alert ⚠️ 📢 do not buy from them it is a scam a real company advertising a product will send you the product at the price they are advertising at not ask for more money after you purchase it.
