I purchased a lift from JMC I purchased a lift from JMC, installed it and about 1 1/2 years later had problem with a hydraulic line on the lift. Called the technical support group they helped me diagnose and locate the specific problem. They sent a replacement hose under warranty, installed it, no real problem, up and running in a few days. I was very please with the support and follow up I received. Stuff happens, when it does, it is nice to have the support and expertise I was the beneficiary of.

Good service! I ordered a large air compressor from JMC via internet order. Soon after order placement they called me to be sure the order details were correct including the shipping address. The day after the compressor was due to be delivered they called to be sure everything went well. Can't ask for better service than that!

I recently purchased a 134a recovery… I recently purchased a 134a recovery and servicing unit for the corporate aircraft where I'm employed. The salesman Mark Berrio was very helpful to me in selecting a useful unit for my needs; his help was very beneficial to the company. Very positive experience. The negative was that the unit worked for about twenty minutes before shutting down. Quick troubleshooting revealed a broken solder on the underside of the power cable receptacle to which I was able to access to re-solder. Problem solved. Not a shortcoming of JMC but of the manufacturer.
