GBgot an email regarding an order from… got an email regarding an order from October of 2021. we bought a compressor for just under $7000.00 it arrived in January and not even 5 months later it dies. i called jmc for warranty information and got nowhere. kept getting the run around and told they would call back which they never did. i finally 2 weeks into having no compressor and over $10,000 in work lost figured out how to contact e-max myself and they had a replacement unit out to me within 24 hours. we are in need of another compressor to run another building of ours. we will defiantly get another e-max just next time we will either buy direct or from one of e-max preferred distributors

GBPerfect? Really? INDEED! I maybe got a little snaggle-toothed when, instead of processing my order as expected, they took an extra day and required additional ID from me. (Bank info different state from delivery address because we just moved and haven't changed that yet.) I need this equipment to open my doors for business, and didn't appreciate the delay. Imagine my surprise and delight when it arrived ON TIME! Just like me to get a little bent for nothing. :) VERY happy with the service, the customer support folks, and everything about JMC Equipment. Will definitely order from them again, and will absolutely recommend. Thanks, folks.

GBVery helpful and [ersonal attention, the same person saw the order through from start to finish. Placing the order was easy. I decided to add an additional item to the order a day later and Laura helped me through that process - some places make this almost impossible. Laura also sent updates as soon as the status of my order changed for any reason. I had a great experience with JMC as a Company and Laura individually.
