Needs Better Packaging; Good Customer Support Overall Score: 4. The log splitter arrived in a box that had been severely damaged. All of the inside packaging was broken into small pieces. The unit, legs, bolt packages, etc. were floating around in the box. The legs were bent, the unit was dirty. Packaging Score: 1. I contacted customer support. They would have sent me a new unit, but they were out of the model that was on a stand, so they refunded me my money. Customer Support Score: 5.

Nice product & great customer service I purchased a cement mixer. It looks to be well built, and the price direct from bilthard was fantastic. Fast shipping and pretty easy to… Fast shipping and pretty easy to assemble. I loved the fact the nuts and bolts were all packaged separately and marked on the back...made it very easy to use the correct parts during the assembly process. I haven't used the cart yet since I just assembled it but it rolls easily and is large enough for me and my yard projects. The price is what caught my eye also.. the price was actually lower than the normal "go to" online stores!
