GBI ordered a maintenance kit for my IH… I ordered a maintenance kit for my IH Case Farmall 75c tractor. When I received my order, it was for earlier year model tractors and most of the filters would not work on my tractor. After looking at what I had ordered, I realized I had ordered incorrectly. I called AgCrazy and explained I did not get what I thought I was ordering. They took the time to figure out which filters I needed and sent them postage paid. They also paid postage to send back the filters I couldn't use. I wasn't out one cent and they made everything right! They have my business from now on and I will reccomend AgCrazy to all of my tractor owner friends!

GBDid not have the product in stock any… Did not have the product in stock any more, even though it was advertised online as in stock. They did call and informed me they were refunding the order and apologized for the inconvenience, Thank You

GBPackage had shipping damage / resolved quickly. The package had shipping damage and parts missing. Not their fault! They listened and researched. They got back to me a day later with the plan to ship the missing parts. They arrived the next day. No hassle at all.

When one of my items had an issue, they were there to quickly execute the return and exchange process and covered the shipping.
